Useful information
Is parking available?
Yes, we have free parking on the premises subject to availability. In addition, there is an enclosed car park open 24 hours a day 350 metres from the premises for an extra charge. Your parking space will be available for the duration of your stay until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Is tourist tax included in the price or not?
The tourist tax will be specified in the quote. The cost is € 2.50 per person for the first 7 days, excluding children under 14 and 100% disabled persons.
Are bicycles available?
Bicycles are available at a price of € 4 for 4 hours per bicycle.
What are the check-in and check-out details?
- Check-in is from 14:00 until 20:00, after that time we would appreciate your call to arrange late arrival. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
- Late check-out (if possible and previously agreed upon) is subject to an extra charge of € 20 per person until 17:00 on the current day.
Green safety
You are not allowed to leave connected electronic devices in your room unattended.
Do you provide luggage storage?
Yes, and it is free of charge.
Smoking
As in any public establishment, smoking is not permitted in the room.
What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast times are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. During fairs and events (autumn and spring) the time is 07:00 to 10:00.
Decorum and style
We try to give all guests the best possible experience and tranquillity. During breakfast, we ask for demeanour and decorum, attention to parents with particularly lively children by avoiding shouting and screaming to protect other guests who are also having breakfast. Silence is welcome at all hours of the day.
Bar
A well-stocked bar is available at the Perla Verde hotel for coffee, aperitifs, spirits, beers etc
Bicycle and unicycle storage
Anyone interested in bringing their own bicycles should inform us before arrival as our space is limited. The storage of each bicycle is free of charge.
Room linen
Every day we endeavour to tidy up and arrange each room in the best possible way. We ask ladies with make-up to be careful and invite them to use disposable paper towels so as not to soil, often irreversibly, the towels that we will be forced to throw away. It is not permitted to bring hotel linen onto the beach. We appreciate these thoughtful gestures as they help us to optimise our work.
Are small animals allowed?
- Yes, but the weight of the pet must not exceed 10 kg.
- A one-off payment of € 20 for final disinfection plus a mandatory € 10 per day surcharge is required.
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by animals both inside and outside the room.
- Pets may not be left in the room alone and may not be allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs and tables.
