Lorem Ipsum is a placeholder text used in the typography and printing industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 16th century, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only more than five centuries, but also the transition to video layout, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularized in the 1960s with the release of Letraset type sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with typesetting software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
